General comments:

Soft instrumental work and vocals, though the emphasis is on the instrumental and the vocals mostly treat the voice as another instrument. This would be fine music to do yoga exercises to, relax to, meditate to, to feel strengthened by. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)

Comments:

This 3-cd set consists of Yoga Sound, Music of the Heart, and Rest and Relax. Yoga Sound has mixed vocals music, the vocals as soothing as the music. Music of the Heart is mostly instrumental. There are a couple of songs with vocals (two with female, two with male) but the vocals are part of the overall sound, rather than with lyrics to stand out. Rest and Relax has a preliminary section of music with spoken instruction as to meditation techniques, followed by a long repetitive musical piece to aid meditation. This is perfect to accompany yoga, as background music, or for those who like to listen to New Age sounds. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)
