General comments:

John Parish has been working with PJ Harvey since To Bring You My Love, but as a back-up session musician. PJ Harvey had long since stated that she was tired of playing guitar and just wanted to sing, and this album gave her that opportunity. i don't listen to it that much truth be told. but it is definitely moody, with PJ Harvey's bluesy voice, and stark vocals (iflin@speakeasy.net)
