Comments:

Aileen Paron makes a confident debut with this record. She has a lovely voice and handles her piano well. Her songs are strong and something in her delivery reminds me of Fiona Apple. "Skyscrapers" is one of the standout tracks, a plaintive but hopeful song. Her voice is at its best on "Am I Getting through?" where she tells of love with difficulties well. All in all, Aileen Paron has made a neat debut. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
