Comments:

Danielle Woodrow approaches folk with a keen ear for subtleties on this album. It's a very minimalistic and appealing record, sometimes recalling early Michelle Shocked and Patty Griffin. But she has her own voice.
"Leap of faith" is a beautiful song with a meaningful lyric. "Pour one more" is a gorgeous, painful song that she handles well. It's a lovely debut all told. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
