Are You Listening? (2007)Release info:2007—Sanctuary Records Group—06076-84795-2 Availability:Wide Ecto priority:Recommended for rock/pop and or Dolores O'Riordan fans Group members:Dolores O'Riordan Produced by:Dan Brodbeck, Richard Chycki, Dolores O'Riordan, Matt Vaughan, Youth Comments:Formerly of The Cranberries, Dolores O'Riordan's first outing as a solo artist is strongly reminiscent of her work with her band. The songs are very much in the pop mode. Some are particularly hooky for me, like "In The Garden" and "Human Spirit; most are somewhat more familiar-sounding. I would say overall that this is well worth getting for those who enjoy the mainstream of pop/rock, and certainly any The Cranberries fan will love this. Dolores O'Riordan's vocals are, as always, interesting and impassioned.
