Comments:

Formerly of The Cranberries, Dolores O'Riordan's first outing as a solo artist is strongly reminiscent of her work with her band. The songs are very much in the pop mode. Some are particularly hooky for me, like "In The Garden" and "Human Spirit; most are somewhat more familiar-sounding. I would say overall that this is well worth getting for those who enjoy the mainstream of pop/rock, and certainly any The Cranberries fan will love this. Dolores O'Riordan's vocals are, as always, interesting and impassioned. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)

we picked this up shortly after it came out, and I listened to it a few times and wasn't really motivated to do so again. It sounds a lot like the Cranberries, but also kinda Evanescence-esque at times, which isn't necessarily a bad thing...but more often than not the lyrics are just too cheesy to bear.
