Great songwriting mixed with experimental noises and evocative sounds. Really marvellous stuff for those who like their music edgy and odd. This is catnip to me. (Neile)

Comments:

The album is experimental and some full of odd noises, but instead of being Difficult Listening Hour this comes out somewhat mischievous and a little seriously playful. Definitely has both intellectual and emotional energy. They made quite a splash in Britain and should have received a similar reception in North America, but haven't yet. If you like edgy music at all, give this a try. Highly recommended, and one of my favourite albums of the year. (Neile)
