Own and traditional materials
Kate In The Kettle takes traditional and her own neo-traditional material and sets them in melodic yet edgy soundscapes. Edgy and yet highly listenable, oddball and individual and gorgeous. Jim says it's Eliza Carthy mixed with Jorane, and I say with maybe a touch of Iva Bittová. (Neile)

Highly recommended for fans of the unusual
Kate Young—fiddle, vocals, ankle bells, singing bowls
One of the best albums of 2014. A highly individual mix of traditional and experiment materials and immediately catchy, powerful and gorgeous. I loved this album and find it enthralling. (Neile)
