Comments:

A sort of film soundtrack assembled with great care by Hyperbubble's members and co-starring many gifted folks. That includes intros done by voice actors and guest vocals by some familiar faces. "Midnight Cruiser" is an instrumental worthy of Brian Eno, with a tense mood. "Geometry" guest stars Manda Rin of indie poppers Bis and is an old school synth track that's very catchy. "Explosive" could soundtrack a car chase scene and has a dramatic tension to it. In all it's an intriguing album. (starnell@yahoo.com)

Comments:

Hyperbubble joins forces with Bis' Manda Rin for a new ep. "Geometry II" is pure eighties synth pop, bubbly and cute in a very nice way. "Hello Heaven Operator" continues that sound, with Rin's vocal at its finest. "In the Movies" is a sugary pop confection about movies. "Attack of the 3D Space Kittens" is a nice closer, delivered at breakneck pace, complete with actual kitten vocals. It's a very nice little ep. (starnell@yahoo.com)
