Under The NightRelease info:2011 Availability:See Betty Iron Thumbs' Bandcamp page Ecto priority:Recommended Group members:Michael Long—guitars, vocals, harmonica Comments:Betty Iron Thumbs play lively indie rock, with great lyrics and stunning vocals. "You won't" is a Rilo Kiley-style song of a troubled relationship that shows off Morrison's gorgeous vocals well. "Stand up" is a dark and rhythmic tune with a more of a rock style that suits Lang's vocals well. "Easy" is a sassy song that Morrison sings wonderfully with the band in perfect synch. It's a great album in all. (stjarnell@yahoo.com) Thanks to stjarnell@yahoo.com for work on this entry.
