Comments:

Anne McCue records a solid, tough country rock and has a few famous guests along. She's more than capable of standing on her own two feet. "From Bakersfield to Saigon" chimes brightly and has a slight resemblance to The Pretenders' pop-rock sound. "Hellfire Raiser" is as tough and tender as its guest Lucinda Williams. "Sweet Burden of Youth" is sweet and sad. This is a solid, likeable record. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
