Comments:

Giulia Millanta has a lovely voice and writes complex and emotive songs. "Don't make a fool of me" is a strongly delivered opener with a sweet tune. "Mi chimava Lulu" is a song sung in Italian, that's evocative and has a nice, laid-back mood. "Dust and desire" is a memorable song with a nicely evoked dusky mood. The traditional "La llorona" gets a confident reading as well. It's a good record all told. (stjarnell@yahoo.com)
