Blue Line Highway has a lively bluegrass sound with excellent energetic instrumentation and rich vocals. THe lead singer's voice reminds me strongly of Michelle Shocked at times, and the overall sound is not unlike her Arkansas Traveler album. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)

This album will be a feast for fans of blues/folkrock. Julie Dooley has a rich evocative voice which goes well with the band's sound and instrumentation, and the songwriting here is consistently strong and varied. Recommended for all fans of lively folk/Americana. (sophiagurley@hotmail.com)
