Comments:

Very good, but once again, it's essentially "Dead Can Still Dance Without Brendan." (burka@jeffrey.net)

The new Lisa Gerrard/Pieter Bourke album is great. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's very much in the vein of her first solo album, The Mirror Pool (even down to the font on the sleeve). Beautiful album—though I almost fell out of my chair when she actually sang intelligible English on one song. It is pretty hard to distinguish from her last. Which makes it a beautiful album overall with a couple of stunning tracks (but none quite compare to The Mirror Pool's "Sanvean"). (jjhanson@att.net)

I have Duality...I much prefer The Mirror Pool, mostly because I adore the song "Sanvean". But Duality is quite nice indeed...and yes, a must for Dead Can Dance fans everywhere! (8/98, Violaine@juno.com)

It's funny: The Mirror Pool is one of my all-time faves, but, after grabbing Duality the day it came out, I've only listened to it twice. It struck me as pretty much the same thing—in fact,I was sure that one of the melodies appeared on both CDs, but wasn't motivated enough to check. (4/98, jzitt@humansystems.com)

Have it, love it. None of that Brendan guy. I've taped all my Dead Can Dance discs skipping his songs, so this is like a Dead Can Dance disc that comes preformatted! (8/98, lissener@wwa.com)

It's not quite as textured as the Dead Can Dance albums, but it's lovely nonetheless. A must for Dead Can Dance fans. (8/98, Plasterofstevie@aol.com)
