General comments:

A super-group of singer-songwriters Inara George, Eleni Mandell, and Becky Stark reminiscent of 1960s girl groups, but folkier. A bit like what She & Him would be if they were She & She & She. (JoAnn Whetsell)

Comments:

Such a lovely and charming album. Very sweet and retro, reminiscent of the harmony groups of the 1950s and 60s. Check out "This Mountain Has Skies" and "Double Knots" for a sample of how they blend pop with folk, a wee bit of country, and a whole lot of cute. (JoAnn Whetsell)

Comments:

This 6-track EP would be really great if it only included the first 4 tracks. "Make Love to Me" and "Can You Get to That?" are catchy and fun, and the bluesy arrangement of "Que Sera Sera" is one of the more interesting I've heard. The country ballad "A Poor Man's Roses (Or a Rich Man's Gold)" is my favorite. But then they go into "Jolene". Love the song, but not this a cappella version (though it's growing on me). "Sweet Dreams" is okay in the right mood, but most of the time I find it pretty dreary. So I go back to the beginning. Love those first 4 tracks. (JoAnn Whetsell)
